I’ve been loving the community on Substack, but I don’t love some of the things they’ve allowed on their site, and it made me feel weird about having paid subscriptions there and giving them some of your money. I thought about going back to Patreon, but their fees are just so dang high.
As an independent creator, I am passionate about bringing authentic conversations about how to make the world a better place and stay well while doing it. Paid support helps me do that without ads or algorithms in the way.

In this tier, you get everything from the previous tier PLUS: The monthly issue of Unwind: The Zine that includes pieces about the previous month's podcast episodes, guest bonuses, puzzles, games, poems, hot takes, mindfulness practices - basically anything on my mind that month. It will also include at least one of the following: a mini-zine, button, sticker, postcard, or bookmark.

All membership tiers include digital zines, first looks, and BTS tidbits. Depending on what tier you joined, you might get snail mail too- one-time or monthly.

Mail Club will go out on the 15th of each month (hopefully). You’ll get an email when I ship them out!

Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership anytime.

Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
